P-Noy has signed Proclamation #455 declaring August 20 (Monday) as a holiday in observance of Eid’l Fitr or End of Ramadan.  Attached is the signed proclamation for your reference.  Other holidays declared in August are August 21 (Tuesday) in observance of Ninoy Aquino Day and August 27 (Monday) for National Heroes Day – check out the 2012 Holidays by clicking HERE.  That’s another LONG WEEKEND for all of us!  Attached is the presidential proclamation  for your reference.
