Kinaya Ni Ganda Ever Ang Zumba Session

Sa mga katulad kong nagpapapayat, ang konting bawas sa timbang ay parang trophy

Losing 28.7 kilos (or 63.14 pounds) in four months is no mean feat

Kaso anlayo ko pa sa desired weight ko at medyo bumabagal na ang bawas weekly

I have learned to take the proper food portions and stayed away from “bad” food and drinks

Sa mga nakakakilala saken — magugulat talaga kasi anlaki ng nawalang taba ko

Personally, gusto ko pa ring matanggal ang unsightly fats here and there

Eating properly is a big help to weight loss pero kailangang sabayan talaga ng exercise

Eh ayoko nang mag-gym kasi tamad na akong magbuhat ng mabigat

Yung stationary bike ko nga dinededma ko ngayon — mag-gym pa kaya

So naisip kong mag-aerobics na lang or yung sikat na Zumba dancing

Buti na lang naumpisahan na ni Kikay-friend kong si Donna Mae ang pagsu-zumba

Isa pa nung kapayatan ko noon eh “dancerous” na ako kaya alam kong carry ko ito

Ilang beses na din akong inimbita ni Donna pero umaariba ang Tamaditis ko

Until napa-oo ako na sumabay sa kanya last Saturday

Matagal na akong naa-amuse sa mga nagsu-Zumba and honestly gusto ko sumubok

Hindi ko naman akalain na ganun kabilis ang steps

In fairness nakakahabol naman ako kaso nakakataranta pa rin

Uber-uber ang tulo ng pawis ko — as in, buong katawan talaga — pati singit!

Nakakaaliw talaga and every time makatapos kami ng set — hiyawan to the max

Magaling din ang nagtuturo samen — Babes Ferolin is a certified Zumba instructor

It helped kasi very welcoming ang atmosphere and walang care kung mataba ka

Kumbaga ang peg: “We’re all in this together so hataw na!”

And hataw was what I did for 45 minutes!

Kaines nga at di ko kinaya ang one-hour but for a start — bongganess na

Tagaktak ever ang pawis and feeling ko nawarak ang taba ko

Hopefully sa susunod na Saturday, kakayanin ko ng ang buong Zumba session

    aim for one hour!!! wohooooo!!! 🙂 In Zumba it’s not important how fast you do the steps as long as your doing it properly. Happy to do Zumba with you!!! were all in this together it’s FUN to lose weight!!! 🙂

    1. Girl — kalurkey si Dimples kay naning pod just like me… but she survived the whole hour unlike moi na 45mins lang… hopefully next Saturday uli… and when you get back dapat sabay tayo kasi gusto naming madamay sa kabonggahan ng hinaharap mo! haahaha!
