Luis left this note before he died…

To Those I Love And Those Who Love Me

When I am gone, release me, let me go
I have so many things to see and to do with God

You must not tie yourself to me with tears.
Be happy that we have so many years together.

Gave you all my love and you can only guess
How much you gave me happiness

Thank you for all the love each of you has shown me
But now it’s time I travel on alone to God’s house,
So grieve me, if grieve you must.
Then let our grief be comforted by God’s grace, blessing and love.

It’s only for a while that we are separated.
So bless the memories within your heart

It won’t be far away or life goes on.
If you need me, call and I will come.

Though you can’t see or touch me, I’ll be near
And if you listen with your heart,
You’ll see and feel my love around you.

And then, when you must come this way alone,
God and I will greet you with a smile and say
WELCOME HOME…

Luis graduated from the University of the Philippines in Dilliman.  He is survived by his parents and younger brother.
