We were having dinner at Jollibee (Robinson’s Place) minsan and I was enjoying what I ordered. When we called their attention, they came back saying that our order was interchanged (and was given to another customer) thus we have to wait for thirty minutes. Okay lang sana kung hindi kami hahabol sa Last Full Show sa Robinson’s Movieworld kaya na-stress kaming bigla.
Yawyaw ever so much ang nag-treat ng dinner namin — simple lang ang sinabi lang ng asawa nya: “Don’t sweat the small stuff…” Just the same hindi na nakatiis ang nag-treat ng dinner samen who went to the cashier to complain. In the end (after 30 minutes nga) we got our actual orders and much more — the Store Manager gave us free ice cream sundaes.
Now that I’m writing this napapaisip ako. Parehong may punto ang mag-asawa. Yung husband was more laid back choosing to just let the incident pass.
Pero to allow yourself to be taken over my your “inis” is kinda off. Tutal nagcomplain ka na eh. Then maghintay na lang. After our orders arrived, nakakain kami and we still had enough time to spare para makahabol sa last full show.
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Control your temper. Life will be easier. Yun lang.

Sometimes these establishments need customers to complain in order to improve their customer service. Mahirap kasi minsan tumahik na lang.
@Pink Saber — I agree… and very important that they learn from the observations and complaints of their clients…
I agree. This is one of the things na na-learn ko to follow when I got a little bit…uhmmm…older hehe.
@Mindanaoan — paminsan-minsan sinusubukan pa rin ang pasensya ko… more often than not nako-control ko na…
as time goes on, and age takes a grip; i’ve learned not to sweat the small stuff… but to add note, jollibee has become incompetent with their service…
@gensanite — tumatanda na tayo so medyo kalmante na dapat… and yes, Jollibee has somewhat lost its magic touch… parang pagod na ang service…
