Siempre excited kaming lahat kasi out-of-town pasyalan ang mangyayari
Yup yup we drove to Tupi for two reasons: Food and Fun!
Alexis Chua and Xyril Landicho arranged it kasi pareho silang taga-Tupi
Xyril also wanted us to try the dishes his mom makes as a caterer
Bummer nga ang biglang pagbagsak ng ulan pero binawi ito nung dumating ang food
Biglang nagkabuhay ang mga bored kasi ambango talaga ng pagkain
Eh mismong mother pa ni Xyril ang naghatid ng food so alam naming bongga ang lasa
Unang kita ko pa lang sa Spanish Chicken Stew
Alam ko na agad na ito ang magiging paborito ko sa lahat
Tama nga ang sapantaha ko kasi uber sarap namang talaga
Ang lambot ng chicken meat and malasang-malasa
The diced potatoes complemented the sauce – bumalanse ever
And walang umay after-taste ito which was good
Nagulat kaming lahat sa kinilaw dish called Seafoods Ceviche
Ceviche is French for raw fish marinated in lime or lemon juice (kinilaw nga!)
Pwede palang paghaluin as a kinilaw dish ang shrimp, blue marlin and squid
Ang sarap kaya and this supposedly appetizer became like the main course
Hindi rin maasim ang timpla kaya fave na fave ko ito
Eto namang Tuna asparagus carbonara nila ang nakakaloka
We all thought chicken ito kasi hindi mo malasahan ang tuna
Nakatutok din ang attention namin sa bow tie pasta na ginamit
This is a great meal in itself kasi kumpleto na
Then there’s the Blue Marlin Fish Fillet dish
Halos hindi na kami magkanda-ugaga sa kakakain
But I wanted to taste their fillet kaya go lang
This one’s really crunchy on the outside
Pero ang linamnam naman ng laman nito
For desert, box-office hit ang Mango and Cherry Panna cotta nila
According to Xyril pwede kahit anong hinog na prutas ang toppings
Panna cotta is Italian for any sweet-gelatin mixture
Sarap din neto and andami kong nakain kasi hindi sobrang matamis
Binalanse ng fresh mango ang gelatin
Pasosyal effect na lang ang cherry so kahit wala sya oks lang
Akala ko talaga ordinary lang ang lasa ng Cheesy Maja Blanca
I was wrong kasi unang kagat pa lang alam mo na agad na hindi ito tinipid
Super creamy ng maja blanca and loaded pa ito ng sweet corn kernels
Hindi rin sya sobrang sweet kaya enjoy na enjoy akong talaga
Bundat na bundat kaming lahat sa mga kinain namin
Nagplano pa kaming mag-bowling sa Marbel to burn the calories
But when we got to Marbel Fitmart, nanood na lang kami ng Ecclipse
Nakauwi na kami’t lahat but we can’t stop talking about Xyrrah’s
Impressive talaga ang mga luto nila and we all agreed na dapat nang ikalat ito

WOw! ang sarap ng mga viand. Itsura pa lang panalo na. Naiiba ang recipe nila ha.. *starving now*
