His Royal Gandaness Is Sick Today

I hate it when I’m sick

Kagabi pa ito!

I wasn’t my usual bubbly self

Because I was really feeling queasy

Malamig ang pawis ko

But I was feeling feverish already

If only I can drive I would have left the event last night

Siempre supportive ever na lang kay Kuya Avel

I stayed on for the Fireside Chat with

Byahilo.com’s Enrico Dee and

Libotero.com’s Sinjin Pineda

They shared Travel Tips with the Sox Bloggers

Both are Travel Bloggers from Manila and Cebu respectively

I tried my best to throw punchline upon punchline

Natawa naman sila but I was suffering inside

Dahil sa dami ng umattend

The aircon unit couldn’t handle it

Niloloko ko nga si Dimples Odi

Dimples is the owner of Little Dubai

Sabi ko:  ”Dimples, nasa sauna ba tayo?  Ang init kaya!”

Anyway, nung patapos na ang event, lumabas na ako

I was feeling suffocated and was coughing profusely

Nag-text pa si Manang Precy Masahista na di sya pede kagabi

So nung nasa bahay na ako tiniis ko ang magdamag na umubo

My asthma attack was on high gear

The medicines was trying to kick-in to no avail

I cannot remember sleeping kasi panay talaga ang ubo ko

Basta’t nagising na lang ako na feeling super-tired

I immediately sent a text message to my masahista

In less than 30 minutes, she was knocking at my door

Hayyyzz antagal nyang nahanap ang lagnat ko sa loob

The culprit ugat was behind my left knee

Nung pinisil nya napasigaw talaga ako

But after a few minutes, umokey na ang pakiramdam ko

Right now as I’m doing this blog post

Pinapawisan na ako - that’s a good sign

I hope tuloy-tuloy na ito

Emcee pa naman ako sa kasal sa Davao on Saturday

In the meantime, His Royal Gandaness is on sick leave today

Nanawagan ako sa mga hindi nagpapadala ng photo entries nila

Maawa na kayo saken at ipadala nyo na agad
