If you’re trying to make new friends this weekend, flattery will get you everywhere. Call it vanity but people typically like a person who makes an effort to flatter them. Kumbaga mas madaling kaibiganin ang mga taong hindi kuripot magbigay ng positive compliment sa atin. Sabihin na nating minsan mukhang nambobola na pero come to think of it, masarap pa ring pakinggan.
Rather than being perceived as ingratiating, a compliment may simply make sense to the ears of someone with a healthy self-image. It adds to the person’s self-esteem. So let the people in your life know which qualities you most admire about them. Make a difference by making somebody smile today. Be a giver of good tidings. Now na!
