The first-ever Queen of Mindanao Festivals, Madonna Galang had to take over as Gensan’s bet in lieu of Miss Gensan Astrid Hernandez who was busy with her nursing studies. In this photo, Dong Pading once again proved that he has an eye for beauty (or beautiful ladies).
