Kahit pagod ako from my Manila trip

I made it a point to attend the Alumni Kick-Off Party last Saturday

Late na akong dumating sa mass

It was a good decision to start the whole thing with a Holy Mass

The NDDU Chapel was kinda puno na when I arrived

Naka-black tee-shirt ang mga Jubilarians

Maramdaman mo talaga ang excitement ng Batch ‘85

Just imagine, napagsama nila ang apat na campuses

First time itong nagawa so talagang bigay-todo ang preparation

I find it appropriate that they called their group ONE DAME ‘85

I am hopeful that they will stay united till the end

Transparency, unity and humility lang ang importante

Ngayon pa lang mukhang very strong ang samahan nila

Punumpuno ang buong taon ng mga activities for the alumni

After the mass, tumuloy na kami sa covered court

Kanya-kanyang tables ang mga different batches

Dumating si Mayor Jun Acharon, who is a Damean too

Andun din si Councilor Meg Santos na Damean din

Sa kantahan pa lang ng Jubilarians nawindang na kami

Talagang mapapa-wow ka sa tuwa

May isang batch na nagdala pa ng lechong baboy

Tagayan at tawanan to the max talaga

And when the time came for the Battle of the Bands

Tuloy-tuloy na talaga ang gimikan

Sinimulan ng Batch ‘79 ang patalbugan with Blowing in the Wind

Sumunod ang Batch 2001 with Careless Whisper

Nataranta ang lahat with Stars on 45 ng Batch ‘74

Pero ang ultimate windang was Batch ’83’s The Best of Time

May tatlo pang batches ang nagpasiklab

Uber talaga sa enjoy, as in!

At nang inannounce na Batch 2001 ang winner

Batch 83 ang 2nd and Batch ‘79 ang 3rd placer

Hiyawan ang lahat at palakpakan pa

Nagkaisa talaga nung gabing yun ang mga Dameans

Feeling winner  ang lahat ng umattend

Tuwang-tuwa si Bro. John sa nangyari

We congratulated Roland Enriquez for spearheading the whole thing

Siempre the events augur well for their future activities

Pustahan tayo, magiging box-office hit lahat ng events ng Jubilarians

Sa lahat ng mga dumalo, maraming salamat po

We encourage our fellow Alumni na sumali sa mga darating pang activities

Sama-sama tayo para kay Mama Mary!
