In fairness, hindi naman lahat ng taga-BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) ay may ganitong factor. Sa mga nabanggit dito, simple lang naman ang dapat nilang gawin: MAGPALIWANAG KAYO KUNG SAN NANGGALING ANG PERANG GINAMIT NYO!
