When you need to find your calm, let your feet lead the way. Walking can help you unwind and you don’t need to walk a marathon to achieve the effect. Walking for only 10 or 15 minutes helps restore feelings of calmness and relaxation. Too busy to walk? Slip in a 15-minute walk at lunchtime or make it the first thing you do when you get home from a hectic workday. It won’t hurt walking those extra pounds away!
