After a successful run of Gensan’s Tuna Festival, the City Mayor sat down with us to discuss his vision and concept for next year’s Kalilangan Festival. Gensan’s premier festival was recently awarded as the Best Cultural Festival by the Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines during the ATOP Summit last October 2-4, 2009. We are excited about the mayor’s plans and this early we’re gearing up for the grand celebration next year. Kalilangan 2010 will celebrate a decade of Peace, Prosperity and Progress.
