Mar Roxas surprised everyone with his announcement yesterday. After spending billions of pesos in political advertisements, Mr. Palengke made the extreme sacrifice and gave way to Noynoy Aquino as the Liberal Party’s presidential standard bearer. His decision will definitely impact on the ambitions of the rest of the presidentiables. Noynoy is set to seek the Lord’s guidance before he makes a decision. Malacanang’s reaction was expected – lalo lang daw magkakalabo-labo ang oposisyon. Leading presidentiable Manny Villar, on the other hand, welcomed the development stating: Karapatan ng sinuman ang kumandidato bilang presidente. Abangan ang susunod na kabanata!
