I remember this song during the 70s.   This was originally sung by Gilbert O’Sullivan.  Then Ice Age 3 reintroduced it to the new generation and all of a sudden, this sort of became an EMO song for the heartbroken.  Oh well, we all go through this phase from time to time.  Listen and learn…
