Akala ko bastos! Ang imagination ko lang ang bastos!  He-he-he!

LET THE “NGARAG” BEGIN. This week is going to be critical for the Organizing Committee of the 2009 Gensan’s Tuna Festival Experience.  Some of the billboards and vertical tarpaulins are up.  The blue pasandalans have been installed.  The Oval Plaza is already brimming with energy.  This week, the Carnival should be operating.  The Flea Market traders have started pouring in.  Although, the street decors have yet to be installed along Pioneer Avenue, we’re optimistic that the city will be garbed in fiesta mood by opening day on August 31.
